The Forum is organised by the Emergency Services Foundation (ESF), with additional financial support from the Victorian Department of Justice and Victorian emergency services agencies.

The organising committee includes representatives of:

  • Metropolitan Fire Brigade
  • Victoria State Emergency Service
  • Victorian Council of Churches

The delegate profile is Volunteer leaders of the future from Victorian emergency services and related NGOs.

There are 'no costs' to delegates who attend this special weekend Forum. The package includes:

  • Two nights Hotel accommodation (Fri/Sat nights)
  • All meals (Sat & Sun)
  • Attendance at all sessions & demos
  • Bus tours
  • Delegates’ Networking BBQ
